Merchandise is gladly exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. Macklemore LLC is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise unless the merchandise is received damaged. Customers with valid returns will be issued a credit to their original method of payment.
